A leader at California’s Bethel Church has taken to social media to apologize after he prophesied that Donald Trump would win last week’s election.

Kris Vallotton is the Senior Associate Leader of Bethel Church in Redding, California and is cofounder of Bethel School of Ministry. According to Premier News, the pastor said it was a “major, major mistake” in announcing Trump would win a second term in office. He did, however, prophesy back in 2015 that Trump would win 2016’s election.

Kris’s bio states that he ‘travels internationally training and equipping people to successfully fulfill their divine purpose.

‘He’s a bestselling author, having written more than a dozen books and training manuals to help prepare believers for life in the kingdom. He has a diverse background in business, counseling, consulting, pastoring and teaching, which gives him unique leadership insights and perspectives. Kris has a passion to use his experience and his prophetic gift to assist world leaders in achieving their goals and accomplishing their mission’.

Kris is not the only one to prophesy a Trump victory. In October, Trump attended the International Church of Las Vegas, where the church’s senior pastor, Denise Goulet, spoke a word of prophecy over him during the worship service.

“At 4.30 (am), the Lord said to me, “I am going to give your president a second wind.“This has 3 meanings. A win – you will be the president again.”

However, we might need to hold the phones, as Trump is going to court to contest the decision, he may yet be right. Only time will tell who will be our next President, but for now, Joe Biden has the job.
