Joel Osteen’s church members are used to a weekly pick-up from their pastor, but with Covid restrictions making it hard to meet in person, that concern might be a thing of the past.

Osteen, the senior pastor of the Lakewood megachurch in Houston in Texas has just released the ‘Joel Osteen Inspiration Cube’. A product that looks perfect for a home shopping channel, each day it allows the user to get a refreshing message.

The cube is not in fact branded as “Joel Osteen”, but just “Joel”.

As the promotional video states, “With the simple push of a button, you can remove those negative thoughts with a new message to inspire your day.

“You have struggled long enough. Unexpected blessings are coming your way; Some dreams are waking up. Hope is waking up, abundance is waking up; You can’t think of negative thoughts and live a positive life. If you get your mind going in the right direction, your life will go in the right direction.”

Most infomercials pay for their testimonials, so it is uncertain whether that is the case with the testimonials n the website below are from Lakewood church members, or from the company producing the advertisement.

Over 400 of Joel’s greatest inspirations have been assembled so people can wake up and get inspired.

Osteen is taking a novel approach to reaching his followers in an age where motivational messages are not hard to find. Time will tell how the Inspiration Cube will sell, but for those looking to save their money during this pandemic, you can still open your bible.

A quick look at the small print shows that the product appears to be made by Ideavillage Products Corp. It is highly unlikely Osteen himself came up with the idea, but rather was presented to him by the group that specializes in ‘As Seen On TV’ products.

As their website states, “We transform visionary ideas into brands”.
